If you don't have any suitable devices, we can provide you with everything you need.
What kind of hardware do you offer
Take Orders provides free Apple and Samsung tablets for our point of sale system, as well as a range of Epson printers. We also offer free tablet stands, payment terminals, QR code stickers, and cash drawers.
Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to get started with our digital ordering system, at no additional cost to you.
Tablets
Our cloud-based point of sale system is compatible with a wide range of devices, including tablets, smartphones, and laptops. If you want a full list of compatible devices, please contact our sales team.
Printers
In addition to processing direct sales, our POS system also allows you to create and manage tabs for customers seated at tables. Because our system runs in real-time, multiple staff members can take payments for tabs without any possibility of human error.
Stands & Enclosures
You won't need any training to use our POS – it's incredibly easy to navigate and understand. We don't use a bunch of random, multi-colored shapes that only serve to make things more complicated. Instead, we've carefully designed our system to be user-friendly and efficient.
Payment Terminals
Our intelligent menus allow you to fully customise the POS to meet your specific needs. For example, you can set your 241 cocktail menu to only display during certain hours or days of the week. Or, you can set your Sunday roast menu to only show on Sundays. This can save you time and effort, as well as prevent confusion and misunderstandings.
QR codes & printed
Our Point of Sale system supports fully integrated payments, meaning you can link it directly to our supplied payment terminals. This allows you to process transactions quickly and securely without having to manually enter payment information. However, if you prefer, you can also use our system as a standalone solution with any payment terminal.
Courses & Printers
Our platform fully integrates with all cloud-based Epson printers, allowing you to set up as many printers as you need. You can choose to have tickets automatically print or manually send courses and drinks to any or all of your printers. This gives you complete flexibility and control over how you manage your printing needs. How does Take Orders make money?
Glad you asked. Its a very simple model, we charge 1.5% of the transaction and take a small cut of that and then we rely on a great product and customer service to keep you with us.
