Take Orders was founded in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when its founders, Ben Hogan & Gary Tinkler, wanted to help the local pub stay open during restrictions. They quickly realised that a QR code-based mobile web app was the best solution, and the app quickly became the number one Google search result for "table service app" and remains so to this day.

The team at Take Orders knew that mobile ordering would not be a permanent solution, so they set out to create a full cloud-based point of sale platform. Now, three years later, Take Orders offers a comprehensive and game-changing platform that is lightyears ahead of anything else on the market.

The team at Take Orders is made up of passionate and experienced designers, developers, and industry experts who have decades of experience in the app and hospitality industries.
